Who should I contact if I have a problem with my reward?
Please contact your program sponsor if you are having trouble redeeming your reward. If you have already chosen your brand reward, you can check the brand’s site to check your balance or contact that brand directly to resolve any issues.
Once I select a reward choice, can I change my mind?
Yes, you can change your mind and select a different brand if you have not selected CONFIRM YOUR REWARDS. Just click REMOVE or X and select a different brand. Once you confirm your selection, you can’t change it.
Can I break up my balance across several different brands?
Yes, you can choose several different brands with your remaining balance, or you can use it all for a single reward brand. It’s up to you. Brands have varying denominations available.
Can I combine the balances from multiple rewards?
Sorry, you must use each reward link individually and the balances can’t be combined.
Does my reward expire?
Once you CONFIRM YOUR REWARDS and ACTIVATE them, the gift cards that you choose will never expire. However, your NeoCurrency Reward Choice link will expire on December 31 of the year following the year when the link was purchased from your program sponsor, unless the expiration is prohibited by law. For the sake of clarity, and by way of example, if your link was purchased on June 1, 2022, then your Digital Link will expire at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2023.
